Texas special district data

Every Texas water district TCEQ maps (MUD, WCID, FWSD, LID, management and other districts) and Fort Worth PIDs, joined to each district's tax rate, debt and website from the Texas Comptroller, as one statewide file refreshed monthly.

What you pay for is the work around the public records: one schema across agencies, the Comptroller match, validation, change tracking and monthly delivery. The underlying TCEQ map is public; our coverage notes say exactly what is in the file.

Boundaries come from TCEQ and city records: they are approximate and not a survey. Tax rates and debt are self-reported by each district to the Texas Comptroller. PinSharing doesn't decide whether a notice is required for a sale; confirm with the district's own notice form (Water Code §49.453 requires districts to post it) or the appraisal district.
